Hey! My name is Mamta. Talking about my health At past It were improper and getting diseases but now our Educator Ms. Bipasha had told about health in our health classes. Nowadays I am well and good because for her teaching about health. Now I am Mentally good too. I have improve too health. There are some Topics in the health Education which helps me to improve my Social and Decision Making Skills And our Health Education teaches us to very nicely and clear our doubts. The book is so good and help me very much.

I am extremely glad that I got a chance to learn Health education as I can clearly see it helping me in many different ways. I never knew maintaining just basic hygiene and sanitation can prevent me from such dangerous diseases like typhoid and cholera. I have also learnt just by making my communication better I can have great friends and be respectful to others. The Health Educator has been so helpful and friendly as we were learning about any topic. The Teacher also helps us in the things we are totally weak or beginner at all time. I have been using the guide provided in the book to improve my own health. I am so grateful that I get opportunities to learn this.

In my health class, I learned to avoid junk food, eat fruits and vegetables, and exercise daily. I was anemic before but now take my tablets regularly. I love sharing what I learn with my family, especially my grandmother.
Since I started learning health last year, I’ve stopped eating unhealthy food and become more conscious about what I eat. I feel healthier now and even rank 2nd or 3rd in class. I love eating protein-rich foods like palak, paneer, eggs, fish, and pulses.
